It includes the selective transmitter of the wheel shaft force to the hydraulic liquid pumping turbine which is released or connected by the magnetic bobbin, Speed reduction stators and hydraulic fluid path control, Fluid input tank and pores of speed reduction and creation of resistance, The fluid output turbine is connected to the ring gear of the gearbox to supply the fan torque during the rotation of the hydraulic turbine, Planetary gearbox and air turbine fan for air circulation and cooling and Electric valves to control the flow rate of moving fluid and metal cooler in the vicinity of air.[French]
