Smart and digital car license plate that includes the following capabilities and innovations: • Provide license plate number or driver's ID to each person as soon as the license is obtained • Declaring car theft on the police system without notifying the car owner • Announcing information about the driver on the license plate (information such as the driver is deaf) • Rating of drivers based on traffic police statistics and displaying it on the license plate. with smart license plates, it is possible to determine the absence of a driver's license. If a driver intends to steal a car or someone without a license uses the vehicle, the issue should be reported to the police centers by announcing the car's location at the moment (via GPS). in this system, the driver's authentication sensors and then the information received from the sensors are sent to the police system to receive the driver's ID number.[French]
La présente invention concerne une plaque d'immatriculation de voiture intelligente et numérique qui présente les capacités et les innovations suivantes : • Fourniture d'un numéro de plaque d'immatriculation ou d'un ID de conducteur à chaque personne au moment où le permis de conduire est obtenu • Déclaration d'un vol de voiture sur le système de police sans que le propriétaire de la voiture en soit notifié • Annonce d'informations concernant le conducteur sur la plaque d'immatriculation (informations indiquant par exemple que le conducteur est malentendant) • Évaluation des conducteurs sur la base de statistiques de police de la circulation et affichage de celles-ci sur la plaque d'immatriculation.
