Abstract[English]
Thermoplastic compositions include: from about 30 wt% to about 70 wt% of a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polymer component; from about 10 wt% to about 20 wt% of a polyetherimide (PEI) polymer component; an impact modifier component; and from about 20 wt% to about 50 wt% of a glass fiber component. An injection molded sample of the composition has no observed mold whitening. The combined weight percent value of all components does not exceed 100 wt%, and all weight percent values are based on the total weight of the composition.[French]
Compositions thermoplastiques comprenant : d'environ 30 % en poids à environ 70 % en poids d'un composant polymère de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) (PBT) ; d'environ 10 % en poids à environ 20 % en poids d'un composant polymère de polyétherimide (PEI) ; un composant modificateur d'impact ; et d'environ 20 % en poids à environ 50 % en poids d'un composant de fibre de verre. Un échantillon moulé par injection de la composition n'a pas de blanchiment de moule observé. La valeur de pourcentage en poids combinée de tous les composants ne dépasse pas 100 % en poids, et toutes les valeurs de pourcentage en poids sont basées sur le poids total de la composition.
