Abstract[English]
The application relates to urolithin and fluorene derivatives of the general Formulae (I) and (II), to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to methods useful for inhibiting ferroptosis in a subject in need thereof. The compounds are useful for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, neuronal diseases or neurodegenerative diseases at least partially mediated by ferroptosis.[French]
