Abstract[English]
A screw capture system for calcaneal repair is provided. The system includes an elongate nail having a hollow body with a longitudinal axis extending through the body and a through passage extending along the longitudinal axis. The body has a plurality of through-openings formed therein transverse to longitudinal axis, each of the plurality of through-openings defined by an internal wall. At least one support post is sized to be inserted into each of the plurality of through-openings. At least one set screw is inserted into the through passage. Each of the at least one set screw biases one of the at least one support posts against the internal wall of the respective through-opening.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de capture de vis pour une restauration calcanéale. Le système comprend un clou allongé pourvu d'un corps creux avec un axe longitudinal s'étendant à travers le corps et un passage traversant s'étendant le long de l'axe longitudinal. Le corps présente, à l'intérieur, une pluralité d'ouvertures débouchantes transversales à l'axe longitudinal, chacune de la pluralité d'ouvertures débouchantes étant définie par une paroi interne. Au moins un montant de support est dimensionné pour être inséré dans chacune de la pluralité des ouvertures débouchantes. Au moins une vis de réglage est insérée dans le passage traversant. Chacune de la ou des vis de réglage sollicite l'un du ou des montants de support contre la paroi interne de l'ouverture débouchante respective.
