The present disclosure provides an internal pressure adjustment structure for a multi-chamber inflatable product, which can simplify the user's air pressure adjustment operation and improve the user's experience. The internal pressure adjustment structure may include at least one regulating valve positioned between at least two air chambers of an inflatable product and an inflation and deflation assembly fluidly coupled to at least one of the at least two air chambers.[French]
