Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides, in part, novel crystalline forms of a 5-aminopyrazole compound useful for treatment of Hepatitis B (HBV), methods for preparing such forms and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the crystalline forms. Provided herein are novel crystalline solid forms useful for the treatment of HBV in a subject in need thereof. Specifically, provided herein are novel crystalline solid forms of the compound 5-amino-N-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-3-((2s,5s)-5-hydroxy-5-(methylsulfonylmethyl)octahydro-pentalen-2-yl)-1-methyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carbo xamide (compound of Formula (I) as referred herein).[French]
La présente invention concerne, en partie, de nouvelles formes cristallines d'un composé 5-aminopyrazole utiles pour le traitement du VHB, des procédés de préparation de telles formes et des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les formes cristallines. L'invention concerne notamment de nouvelles formes solides cristallines utiles pour le traitement du VHB chez un sujet en ayant besoin.
