Disclosed is a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic composition that includes (a) at least two polyglycerol-type surfactants; (b) a solvent comprising at least one polar oil and at least one non-polar oil; and (c) water, which constitutes no more that 40% by mass of the composition.[French]
