Abstract[English]
Catheter-based deployment systems and methods for anchors and/or implants, particularly for deployment of annuloplasty implant systems, are provided herein. Such systems can include a double-basket structure having expandable centering structure with a one-way valve disposed thereon. The centering member can be an expandable structure while the one-way valve includes a membrane on a distal portion thereof, the one-way valve having multiple flapped openings that facilitate blood flow through the flapped openings during a diastole of the heart and that inhibit back flow of blood through the flapped openings during a systole phase of the heart while the centering member remains expanded in the valve annulus during the implant procedure.[French]
La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de déploiement basés sur sur un cathéter pour des ancrages et/ou des implants, en particulier pour la pose de systèmes d'implant d'annuloplastie. De tels systèmes peuvent comprendre une structure à double panier présentant une structure de centrage extensible avec une valve unidirectionnelle disposée sur celle-ci. L'élément de centrage peut être une structure extensible tandis que la valve unidirectionnelle comprend une membrane sur une partie distale de celle-ci, la valve unidirectionnelle présentant de multiples ouvertures éclatées qui permettent le débit sanguin à travers les ouvertures éclatées pendant une diastole du cœur et qui inhibent le débit sanguin à travers les ouvertures éclatées pendant une phase de systole du cœur tandis que l'élément de centrage reste étendu dans l'anneau de valve pendant la procédure d'implant.
