Abstract[English]
There is provided a computer implemented method of training a preanalytical factor machine learning model, comprising: creating a preanalytical training dataset of a plurality of records, wherein a preanalytical record comprises: an image of a slide of pathological tissue of a subject processed with at least one preanalytical factor, and a ground truth label indicating the at least one preanalytical factor, and training the preanalytical machine learning model on the preanalytical training dataset for generating an outcome of at least one target preanalytical factor used to process tissue depicted in a target image in response to the input of the target image.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour l'apprentissage d'un modèle d'apprentissage machine de facteur préanalytique, lequel procédé consiste à : créer un ensemble de données d'apprentissage préanalytique d'une pluralité d'enregistrements, un enregistrement préanalytique comprenant : une image d'une lame de tissu pathologique d'un sujet traité avec au moins un facteur préanalytique, et une étiquette de réalité de terrain indiquant le ou les facteurs préanalytiques, et apprendre le modèle d'apprentissage machine préanalytique sur l'ensemble de données d'apprentissage préanalytique pour générer un résultat d'au moins un facteur préanalytique cible utilisé pour traiter le tissu représenté dans une image cible en réponse à l'entrée de l'image cible.
