Abstract[English] This application discloses a CXCL16 antibody for cancer treatment. In some embodiments, a CXCL16 antibody disclosed herein can inhibit the growth of cancer, for example, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancer. Also described is a combination of a CXCL16 antibody with a targeted anticancer agent and/or an immune checkpoint inhibitor for cancer treatment.[French] La présente demande divulgue un anticorps CXCL16 pour le traitement du cancer. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un anticorps CXCL16 présentement divulgué peut inhiber la croissance du cancer, par exemple le cancer de la thyroïde, le cancer du sein et le cancer de la prostate.
