Abstract[English]
The polyester coating is dense which includes three layers as follows:1. hard and solidified polyester "dense polyester" forms the outer surface of the coating 2. polyester lint forms the "middle layer" 3. "base layer" consists of polyester warp yarn with polyester weft yarn. the first layer is the external surface layer and the hardened layer, which is formed by the gradual heating of the polyester lint and is attached to the polyester lint. the second layer, the polyester lint attached to the condensed and hardened polyester, which are knotted between the base surface (weft and warp polyester fibers) and connect the base surface to the outer surface (Hard and condensed polyester) and the third layer, the base layer is made of polyester warp yarn and polyester weft yarn that the polyester lint is knotted between the warp and weft yarn, and this arrangement of knots cause more adhesion.[French]
La présente invention concerne un revêtement de polyester qui est dense qui comprend trois couches comme suit : 1. Un polyester dense et solidifié « polyester dense » forme la surface externe du revêtement 2. Des peluches de polyester forment la « couche intermédiaire » 3. La « couche de base » est constituée d'un fil de chaîne en polyester avec un fil de trame en polyester. La première couche est la couche de surface externe et la couche durcie, qui est formée par le chauffage progressif des peluches de polyester et qui est fixée aux peluches de polyester. La deuxième couche, les peluches de polyester sont attachées au polyester condensé et durci, qui sont nouées entre la surface de base (les fibres de polyester de chaîne et de trame) et qui relient la surface de base à la surface externe (le polyester dur et condensé) et la troisième couche, la couche de base est constituée d'un fil de chaîne en polyester et d'un fil de trame en polyester où les peluches de polyester sont nouées entre le fil de chaîne et de trame, et cet agencement de nœuds provoque plus d'adhérence.
