Abstract[English]
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a cardiac device, having: a set of two nested catheters including an outer catheter and an inner catheter; and a single handle associated with the set of two nested catheters, including an outer shell and an inner catheter mount assembly configured to slide longitudinally within the outer shell. The inner catheter mount assembly includes a rotatable knob configured to be rotated from an exterior of the handle. The inner catheter mount assembly includes a deflection actuator configured to be actuated from an exterior of the handle. The inner catheter's distal end is distal to the distal end of the outer catheter, and a total range of translation of the inner catheter relative to the outer catheter is greater than one third of an overall length of the handle.[French]
