Abstract[English]
The device and mechatronic control of earthquake is a three-phase damper in a two-layer foundation, with dampers placed under the pressure of hydraulic fluid and gas between two layers of the foundation, one under the structure and the other on the ground or piles. When an earthquake happens, it is feasible to transport the incompressible fluid between the dampers to prevent shear force failure.[French]
La gestion par dispositif et mécatronique de tremblement de terre est réalisée par un amortisseur triphasé dans une fondation à deux couches, avec des amortisseurs placés sous la pression de fluide hydraulique et de gaz entre deux couches de la fondation, l'un sous la structure et l'autre sur le sol ou les pieux. Lorsqu'un tremblement de terre se produit, il est possible de transporter le fluide incompressible entre les amortisseurs pour empêcher une défaillance de force de cisaillement.
