Abstract[English] A method executed by a bioreactor system to cultivate a microalgae comprising a photoreceptor sensitive to a region of a visible spectrum under an autotrophic condition and a fermentation condition is described. A first process incubates the microalgae under the autotrophic condition and the fermentation condition simultaneously to allow the microalgae to grow and then removes the fermentation condition halfway through the process. A second process incubates the microalgae under the autotrophic condition and the fermentation condition simultaneously to allow the microalgae to grow. Both processes generate compounds, or functional proteins.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé exécuté par un système de bioréacteurs pour cultiver des microalgues comprenant un photorécepteur sensible à une région d'un spectre visible dans un état autotrophe et une condition de fermentation. Un premier procédé consiste à incuber les microalgues sous l'état autotrophe et la condition de fermentation simultanément pour permettre aux microalgues de se développer, puis à retirer la condition de fermentation à mi-chemin du procédé. Un second procédé consiste à incuber les microalgues simultanément dans la condition autotrophe et la condition de fermentation pour permettre aux microalgues de se développer. Les deux procédés génèrent des composés, ou des protéines fonctionnelles.
