Abstract[English]
Stations (STAs) in the network transmit broadcast frames which incorporate sharing information about specific parameter settings in the basic service set (BSS). Updates are transmitted to the other STAs when parameter settings change, which include version information about the parameter settings. A STA receiving an update records version information, which is incorporated in any response or broadcast back to the transmitting station to indicate that the specific update was properly received. The transmitting STA can indicate which other STAs are to provide feedback to the update information. The sharing information, or indicated portions thereof, may be shared with overlapping BSS STAs as well.[French]
Des stations (STA) dans un réseau émettent des trames de diffusion qui incorporent des informations de partage concernant des réglages de paramètres spécifiques dans l'ensemble de services de base (BSS). Lorsque des réglages de paramètres changent, des mises à jour sont transmises aux autres STA, qui comprennent des informations de version concernant les réglages de paramètres. Une STA recevant une mise à jour enregistre des informations de version, qui sont incorporées dans toute réponse ou diffusées en retour à destination de la station émettrice pour indiquer que la mise à jour spécifique a été correctement reçue.
