Abstract[English]
A microscope device according to the invention relates to a bottom-up brightfield microscope device for examining samples illuminated by visible light. The optical path of the microscope device is configured to be independent of the environment lighting and provides constant exposure in light and dark conditions. A microscope system comprises a microscope device according to the invention and at least one robotic manipulator. The microscope system can be used to implement Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) automatically. The invention relates to methods with which it is possible to examine imaging subjects, such as biological samples or non-biological sample.[French]
Un dispositif de microscope selon l'invention concerne un dispositif de microscope à champ lumineux ascendant pour examiner des échantillons éclairés par une lumière visible. Le trajet optique du dispositif de microscope est configuré pour être indépendant de l'éclairage d'environnement et fournit une exposition constante dans des conditions claires et sombres. Un système de microscope comprend un dispositif de microscope selon l'invention et au moins un manipulateur robotique. Le système de microscope peut être utilisé pour mettre en œuvre automatiquement la technologie de reproduction assistée (ART). L'invention concerne des procédés avec lesquels il est possible d'examiner des sujets d'imagerie, tels que des échantillons biologiques ou des échantillons non biologiques.
