Abstract[English]
A Method is provided for the hydrometallurgical production of Copper and Zinc from Copper White Dust ~ Dust from converters and other similar type secondary concentrates - residues of production processes, with high concentrations of Copper and Zinc. By applying the proposed method, the hydrometallurgical production of Copper and Zinc is possible efficiently, from the specific materials, which come from Copper primary enrichment and other similar secondary residues. This specific method enables the hydrometallurgical extraction - production of Copper and Zinc from secondary residues, with the use of prototype chemical solutions, and a processing line, which until now could not be processed efficiently and basically remained unused, due to low concentrations or due to the chemical compounds in which the metals were found and make them unrecoverable.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production hydrométallurgique de cuivre et de zinc à partir de poussière blanche de cuivre - de poussière provenant de convertisseurs et d'autres concentrés secondaires de type similaire - résidus de processus de production, avec des concentrations élevées de cuivre et de zinc. En appliquant le procédé proposé, la production hydrométallurgique de cuivre et de zinc est possible efficacement, à partir de matériaux spécifiques, qui proviennent d'un enrichissement primaire en cuivre et d'autres résidus secondaires similaires. Ce procédé spécifique permet la production par extraction hydrométallurgique de cuivre et de zinc à partir de résidus secondaires, avec l'utilisation de solutions chimiques prototypiques, et d'une ligne de traitement, qui jusqu'à présent ne pouvait pas être traitée efficacement et était restée fondamentalement inutilisée, en raison de faibles concentrations ou en raison des composés chimiques dans lesquels les métaux ont été trouvés et qui les rendent non récupérables.
