Abstract[English]
A process for the manufacture of a catalyst-coated polymer electrolyte membrane for a water electrolyser comprising an iridium-containing anode layer is provided. The process comprises the steps of: (i) provision of a polymer electrolyte membrane with a first major surface and a second opposed major surface; (ii) plasma treatment of the first major surface of the polymer electrolyte membrane to form an etched polymer electrolyte surface layer; (iii) vapour deposition of an iridium-containing compound onto the etched polymer electrolyte surface layer to form the iridium-containing anode layer.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane électrolytique polymère revêtue de catalyseur pour un électrolyseur d'eau comprenant une couche d'anode contenant de l'iridium. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (i) fournir une membrane électrolytique polymère ayant une première surface principale et une seconde surface principale opposée ; (ii) traiter au plasma la première surface principale de la membrane électrolytique polymère pour former une couche de surface électrolytique polymère gravée ; (iii) effectuer un dépôt en phase vapeur d'un composé contenant de l'iridium sur la couche de surface électrolytique polymère gravée pour former la couche d'anode contenant de l'iridium.
