Abstract[English] According to an aspect of the present disclosure an optical switch device is provided. The optical switch device comprises a waveguide structure and a plurality of electrodes. The waveguide structure comprises a plurality of primary optical waveguides, each primary optical waveguide connecting a respective optical input and a respective optical output, and a set of one or more chargeable optical waveguides electrically isolated from the plurality of primary optical waveguides. The plurality of electrodes is configured to control a charge state of the set of one or more chargeable optical waveguides. The waveguide structure is configured to optically couple an optical signal received at a first optical input to a first optical output or a second optical output based on the charge state of the set of chargeable optical waveguides.[French] Un aspect de la présente divulgation concerne un dispositif de commutation optique. Le dispositif de commutation optique comprend une structure de guide d'ondes et une pluralité d'électrodes.
