Abstract[English]
A method of forming an inorganic oxide coating on a monolith article is disclosed. The coated monolith article is suitable for treatment of an exhaust gas. The method comprises spraying, as a dry particulate aerosol, inorganic particles comprising an aluminosilicate zeolite having a particle diameter Dv50 of between 0.5 and 3.0 µm and a silicone resin to form a coating layer. The present invention also provides an uncalcined porous monolith article for use in forming a monolith article for the treatment of an exhaust gas. The uncalcined monolith article comprises a dry particulate composition comprising inorganic particles comprising an aluminosilicate zeolite having a particle diameter Dv50 of between 0.5 and 3.0 µm and a silicone resin.[French]
Est divulgué un procédé de formation d'un revêtement d'oxyde inorganique sur un article monolithique. L'article monolithique revêtu est approprié pour le traitement d'un gaz d'échappement. Le procédé consiste à pulvériser, sous la forme d'un aérosol particulaire sec, des particules inorganiques comprenant de la zéolite d'aluminosilicate ayant un diamètre de particule Dv50 compris entre 0,5 et 3,0 µm et une résine de silicone, de façon à former une couche de revêtement. La présente invention concerne également un article monolithique poreux non calciné destiné à être utilisé dans la formation d'un article monolithique pour le traitement d'un gaz d'échappement.
