Abstract[English]
A method of forming a syngas, the method comprising: providing a first feed gas stream comprising carbon dioxide; providing a second feed gas stream comprising hydrogen; heating the first and/or second feed gas streams; after heating, mixing the first and second feed gas streams in a mixing zone which is either lined with a refractory ceramic material and/or formed of a nickel-chromium alloy to form a heated mixed feed gas stream comprising carbon dioxide and hydrogen; and feeding the heated mixed feed gas stream from the mixing zone into a reverse water-gas shift reactor comprising a reverse water-gas shift catalyst to form a crude syngas product stream by converting at least a portion of the carbon dioxide to carbon monoxide, wherein the mixing zone and the reverse water-gas shift reactor are connected via a connector tube lined with a refractory ceramic material and/or formed of a nickel-chromium alloy or the mixing zone is formed of a connector tube to the reverse water-gas shift reactor.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un gaz de synthèse, le procédé consistant à : prendre un premier flux de gaz d'alimentation contenant du dioxyde de carbone ; prendre un second flux de gaz d'alimentation contenant de l'hydrogène ; chauffer les premier et/ou second flux de gaz d'alimentation ; après chauffage, mélanger les premier et second flux de gaz d'alimentation dans une zone de mélange qui est soit revêtue d'un matériau céramique réfractaire et/soit formée d'un alliage nickel-chrome pour former un flux de gaz d'alimentation mixte chauffé comprenant du dioxyde de carbone et de l'hydrogène ; et prendre le flux de gaz d'alimentation mixte chauffé de la zone de mélange pour l'introduire dans un réacteur de conversion eau-gaz inverse contenant un catalyseur de conversion eau-gaz inverse pour former un flux de produit de gaz de synthèse brut par conversion d'au moins une partie du dioxyde de carbone en monoxyde de carbone, la zone de mélange et le réacteur de conversion eau-gaz inverse étant reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un tube de raccordement revêtu d'un matériau céramique réfractaire et/ou formé d'un alliage nickel-chrome ou la zone de mélange étant formée d'un tube de raccordement au réacteur de conversion eau-gaz inverse.
