Abstract[English] A method for producing a catalyst precursor suitable for methanation reactions is described, comprising the steps of: (i) impregnating a porous alumina with a basic solution containing a cerium compound and a hydroxy-carboxylic acid, to form an impregnated alumina; (ii) drying and calcining the impregnated alumina, to form a ceria-modified support; (iii) impregnating the ceria-modified support with a solution of a nickel ammine complex, to form an impregnated support; (iv) heating the impregnated support to decompose the nickel ammine complex, to form a supported nickel precursor; and (v) drying the supported nickel precursor.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un précurseur de catalyseur approprié pour des réactions de méthanation, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (i) imprégner une alumine poreuse avec une solution basique contenant un composé de cérium et un acide hydroxy-carboxylique, pour former une alumine imprégnée ; (ii) sécher et calciner l'alumine imprégnée, pour former un support modifié par cérine ; (iii) imprégner le support modifié par cérine avec une solution d'un complexe ammine de nickel, pour former un support imprégné ; (iv) chauffer le support imprégné afin de décomposer le complexe amminé du nickel, pour former un précurseur de nickel supporté ; et (v) sécher le précurseur de nickel supporté.
