Abstract[English]
The present invention details an insect detection device comprising a substrate defining at least one chamber having at least one associated passageway providing external access to the chamber, at least one side of the chamber defined by a planar transparent material. The provision of a substrate defining a chamber having a passageway providing external access to the chamber means the device recreates the tight spaces and nooks which attract insects such as bedbugs, by providing the chamber with at least one transparent side, a visual inspection of the chamber and passageway is possible meaning that signs of insects in, or having visited the passageway and chamber can easily be detected by a user.[French]
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'insectes comprenant un substrat définissant au moins une chambre ayant au moins un passage associé fournissant un accès externe à la chambre, au moins un côté de la chambre étant défini par un matériau transparent plan. La fourniture d'un substrat définissant une chambre ayant un passage fournissant un accès externe à la chambre signifie que le dispositif recrée les espaces et enceintes étanches qui attirent les insectes tels que les punaises, en fournissant à la chambre au moins un côté transparent, une inspection visuelle de la chambre et du passage est possible, ce qui signifie que les signes d'insectes dans, ou ayant visité le passage et la chambre peuvent être facilement détectés par un utilisateur.
