Abstract[English] This document describes, amongst other things, a system and method of controlling energy use on the consumer side of a connection to a supply network, where the connection has a maximum permissible current rating and where devices on the consumer side include at least one load and at least one battery, and wherein a controller is responsive to a measurement of current in the connection and a time varying electricity tariff to control the charging of the battery, and wherein the controller can increase the current used to charge the battery up.[French] Ce document décrit, entre autres, un système et un procédé de commande d'utilisation d'énergie du côté consommateur d'une connexion à un réseau d'alimentation, la connexion ayant un courant nominal admissible maximal et les dispositifs du côté consommateur comprenant au moins une charge et au moins une batterie, et un dispositif de commande étant sensible à une mesure de courant dans la connexion et à un tarif d'électricité variant dans le temps pour commander la charge de la batterie, et le dispositif de commande pouvant augmenter le courant utilisé pour charger la batterie.
