The invention relates to a method for the in vitro determination of the presence or absence of at least one type of amplicon in a biological sample that has undergone polymerase chain reaction, an amplicon comprising two strands, the sample comprising at least one intercalating agent capable of exhibiting fluorescence when inserted into an amplicon, the method comprising the implementation of a plurality of steps, including the processing of the Gaussian curve model so as to determine the presence or absence of the type of amplicon in the biological sample.[French]
L'invention porte sur un procédé de détermination in vitro de la présence ou non d'au moins un type d'amplicon dans un échantillon biologique ayant subi une amplification en chaîne par polymérase, un amplicon comprenant deux brins, l'échantillon comprenant au moins un agent intercalant apte à être fluorescent lorsqu'il est intercalé dans un amplicon, le procédé comprenant la mise en oeuvre de plusieurs étapes dont le traitement du modèle de courbe gaussienne de manière à déterminer la présence ou non du type d'amplicon dans l'échantillon biologique.
