Abstract[English] An apparatus for measuring water on a moving wire (30). A transmission arrangement (50) with a transmission antenna (14A) sweeps microwave radiation over a frequency band and transmits the microwave radiation toward a water layer (16) through the wire (30). A reception arrangement (52) with a reception antenna (14B) on the same side of the wire (30) as the transmission antenna (14A) receives microwave radiation as a reflection from a surface (18A) of the water layer (16) opposite to a first surface (18B) of the water layer (16) against the wire (30). A signal processing unit (26) measures the water layer (16) on the wire (30) based on an interaction between the microwave radiation and the water layer (16).[French] L'invention concerne un appareil de mesure d'eau sur un fil mobile (30). Un agencement de transmission (50) avec une antenne de transmission (14A) balaye un rayonnement micro-onde sur une bande de fréquences et transmet le rayonnement micro-onde vers une couche d'eau (16) à travers le fil (30).
