This text concerns a medicament delivery device that delivers multiple pre‑defined doses from a plunger‑based container and includes a signalling mechanism with a signalling member (160) and a cooperation member (180) that produces a user‑perceivable click at the end of each dose by striking together; one member carries a cam‑curve distance‑varying feature (170) with M‑fold rotational symmetry (M > 2) and the other a matching cam‑cooperating structure (190), while circumferential support structures (166 on 160 and 188 on 180) allow free movement in one of the M angular sections (36°/M) and block it in the remaining M‑1 sections by abutment.[French]
