Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Türflügel (4), der (a) einen aus mehreren Abschnitten eines Flügelprofils gebildeten Flügelrahmen (6), wobei der Flügelrahmen (6) eine wetterseitige Außenwand (631) und eine raumseitige Außenwand (632) umfasst; und (b) ein in den Flügelrahmen (6) aufgenommenes Füllungselement (7), wobei das Füllungselement (7) eine wetterseitige Abdeckplatte (6), mindestens eine Zwischenschicht (8) und eine raumseitige Abdeckplatte (7) umfasst; wobei die wetterseitige Abdeckplatte (6) des Füllungselements (7) die wetterseitige Außenwand (631) des Flügelrahmens (6) zumindest teilweise überdeckt, umfasst, wobei sich der Türflügel (4) erfindungsgemäß dadurch auszeichnet, dass er weiter (c) ein mit der wetterseitigen Abdeckplatte (6) des Füllungselements (7) verbundenes Verbindungsprofil (11), und (d) mindestens ein mit dem Verbindungsprofil (11) verbundenes Befestigungselement (12), das am Flügelrahmen (6) befestigt ist, umfasst.
