Abstract[English]
to provide a compact gypsum product with a bulk density in the range of 850 to 1400 g/L. By such processing, it is possible to significantly increase the bulk density of recycled gypsum, which allows for improvements of processing speed and a reduction of energy demands for respective gypsum powders. The present application is further concerned with a respective use of the inventive process for increasing the bulk density of recycled gypsum and the use of the product recycled gypsum for the production of gypsum articles.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de poudre de gypse recyclé, la poudre de gypse ayant une densité apparente de 800 g/litre ou moins étant soumise à un traitement de compression à une pression d'au moins 0,1 N/mm2 pour fournir un produit de gypse compact ayant une densité apparente dans la plage de 850 à 1 400 g/litre. Grâce à un tel traitement, il est possible d'augmenter significativement la densité apparente du gypse recyclé, ce qui permet des améliorations de la vitesse de traitement et une réduction des demandes en énergie pour des poudres de gypse respectives. La présente demande concerne en outre une utilisation respective du procédé de l'invention pour augmenter la densité apparente du gypse recyclé et l'utilisation du produit de gypse recyclé pour la production d'articles en gypse.
