Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a low-friction fastening device for a rotationally movable insert for a heat exchanger tube. Such inserts are used to improve the heat transfer efficiency and/or reduce the fouling of the heat exchanger tubes of industrial units, for example units used in the fields of petroleum refining, petrochemistry or chemistry in general. The fastening device comprises a fastening support forming a bearing (130) for a journal (120), and at least one reduced-friction anti-wear part (150) having a longitudinal section with a shape adapted to reduce the friction with a head (14', 141) of the journal and/or an additional anti-wear part, the longitudinal section being circular, semi-circular, or frustoconical.[French] La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation à faible friction pour un insert mobile en rotation pour tube d'échangeur de chaleur. De tels insert servent à améliorer l'efficacité de transfert thermique et/ou réduire l'encrassement des tubes d'échangeurs de chaleur d'unités industrielles, par exemple des unités mises en œuvre dans les domaines du raffinage du pétrole, de la pétrochimie ou de la chimie en général. Le dispositif de fixation comporte un support de fixation formant palier (130) pour un tourillon (120), et au moins une pièce anti-usure à friction réduite (150) comportant une section longitudinale de forme adaptée à réduire le frottement avec une tête (14', 141) du tourillon et/ou une pièce anti-usure supplémentaire, ladite section longitudinale étant circulaire, semi-circulaire, ou tronconique.
