A gas burner (1) for a gas cooking appliance (100) comprises an injector device (34) that comprises at least one gas inlet for receiving combustible gas, a mixing section (56) and a jet injector (37). The mixing section (56) is communicatively coupled to the jet injector (37) and comprises a plurality of primary air channels (13) for receiving primary air. The jet injector (37) has an injection direction (62), the primary air channels (13) have respective channel directions (49), and the channel directions (49) are oblique with respect to the injection direction (62).[French]
