Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for purification by adsorption of a polymer solution to be treated and an organic solvent, comprising a step of adsorption by bringing the polymer solution to be treated into contact with washed bleaching earths at a temperature between 50°C and 250°C, the washed bleaching earths being obtained from a washing process comprising bringing bleaching earths into contact with an acid solution. The present invention also relates to a more comprehensive method for recycling the thermoplastics of a plastics feedstock, comprising: a) a step of dissolving the plastics feedstock in a dissolving solvent to obtain a crude polymer solution; b) a step of purifying the crude polymer solution, comprising an adsorption sub-step b1) implementing the method for purification by adsorption to obtain a purified polymer solution; and c) a step of separating the solvent and polymer.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification par adsorption d'une solution polymère à traiter et un solvant organique, comprenant une étape d'adsorption par mise en contact de la solution polymère à traiter avec des terres décolorantes lavées, à une température entre 50°C et 250°C, les terres décolorantes lavées étant obtenues à l'issue d'un procédé de lavage comprenant la mise en contact de terres décolorantes avec une solution acide. La présente invention concerne également un procédé plus global de recyclage des thermoplastiques d'une charge plastique, comprenant : a) une étape de dissolution de la charge plastique dans un solvant de dissolution, pour obtenir une solution polymère brute; b) une étape de purification de la solution polymère brute, comprenant une sous-étape b1) d'adsorption mettant en œuvre le procédé de purification par adsorption, pour obtenir une solution polymère purifiée; et c) une étape de séparation solvant-polymère.
