Method and device for a simulated moving bed extraction of lithium by adsorption using/comprising an extraction column (7) supplied with a feed (6) comprising lithium and a desorbent (9) for withdrawing an extract (10) and a raffinate (8), the column comprising an adsorbent solid (Ai) and being configured to operate in a closed loop, the feed and withdrawal points of the column being shifted over time by a value corresponding to a predetermined quantity of adsorbent solid with a permutation period and determining a plurality of operating zones of the column; according to the method, the extract is sent directly to an evaporation section (17) suitable for separating water (18) and producing a concentrate (19).[French]
Procédé et dispositif d'extraction par adsorption de lithium en lit mobile simulé utilisant/comprenant une colonne d'extraction (7) alimentée avec une charge (6) comprenant du lithium et un désorbant (9) pour soutirer un extrait (10) et un raffinat (8), la colonne comprenant un solide adsorbant (Ai) et étant configurée pour opérer en boucle fermée, les points d'alimentation et de soutirage de la colonne étant décalés au cours du temps d'une valeur correspondant à une quantité de solide adsorbant prédéterminée avec une période de permutation et déterminant une pluralité de zones de fonctionnement de la colonne, dans lequel l'extrait est envoyé directement dans une section d'évaporation (17) adaptée pour séparer de l'eau (18) et produire un concentrat (19)
