The invention concerns a centrifugal brewing unit (10) comprising a spinning assembly, which is rotatable around a spinning axis (Y), provided with a plurality of parts able to define a brewing chamber (100) with a variable volume for containing ground coffee, wherein one or more of the parts of the spinning assembly are movable along a direction parallel to the spinning axis (Y) in a plurality of predefined brewing positions, defining different brewing volumes of the brewing chamber (100), and are rotatable around the spinning axis (Y), to create a coffee donut before or during a water injection.[French]
L'invention concerne une unité d'infusion centrifuge (10) comprenant un ensemble tournant, qui peut tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (Y), pourvu d'une pluralité de parties aptes à définir une chambre d'infusion (100) avec un volume variable pour contenir du café moulu, une ou plusieurs des parties de l'ensemble tournant étant mobiles dans une direction parallèle à l'axe de rotation (Y) dans une pluralité de positions d'infusion prédéfinies, définissant différents volumes d'infusion de la chambre d'infusion (100), et pouvant tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (Y), pour créer un anneau de café avant ou lors d'une injection d'eau.
