Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a solvent system specific to fractionation by liquid-liquid extraction, particularly by centrifugal partition chromatography, of a PVC-based feedstock comprising a PVC polymer and at least one additive. The system comprises two non-miscible liquid phases A and B, each comprising an organic solvent or a mixture of organic solvents selected from the same list consisting of ketones, amides, azines, esters, ethers, halogenated solvents, hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing solvents, and dihydrolevoglucosenone. The partition coefficient of the PVC polymer in the solvent system (ratio of the mass concentrations of the PVC polymer dissolved in phase B and in phase A) tends towards zero, and the partition coefficient of the additive in the solvent system (ratio of the mass concentrations of the additive dissolved in phase B and in phase A) is greater than or equal to 0.05.[French]
La présente invention concerne un système de solvants spécifique au fractionnement par extraction liquide-liquide, notamment par chromatographie de partage centrifuge, d'une charge à base de PVC comportant un polymère PVC et au moins un additif. Le système comprend deux phases liquides A et B non-miscibles, chacune comportant un solvant organique ou un mélange de solvants organiques choisis dans une même liste constituée par les cétones, amides, azines, esters, éthers, solvants halogénés, hydrocarbures, solvants sulfurés, et la dihydrolévoglucosénone. Le coefficient de partage du polymère PVC dans le système de solvants (rapport des concentrations massiques polymère PVC dissous dans la phase B et dans la phase A) tend vers zéro, et le coefficient de partage dudit additif dans le système de solvants (rapport des concentrations massiques dudit additif dissous dans la phase B et dans la phase A) est supérieur ou égal à 0,05.
