Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a spool-type cloth tape with differentiated warp and weft yarns and preparation method thereof. The present invention provides a spool-type cloth tape, comprising a cloth tape and a spool, wherein the cloth tape comprises a cloth substrate layer and an adhesive layer, and the warp yarn density is smaller than the weft yarn density in the cloth substrate layer. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the spool-type cloth tape, the cloth tape is wound on the spool with a winding pitch of 1mm to 20mm and a winding angle of 5° to 45°. The spool-type cloth tape and the preparation method thereof significantly improve the problems of fraying and adhesive overflow.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ruban de tissu de type bobine avec des fils de chaîne et de trame différenciés et un procédé de préparation associé. La présente invention concerne une bande de tissu de type bobine, comprenant une bande de tissu et une bobine, la bande de tissu comprenant une couche de substrat de tissu et une couche adhésive, et la densité de fil de chaîne est inférieure à la densité de fil de trame dans la couche de substrat de tissu.
