Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Geschirrspülmaschine, mit einem einen Behandlungsraum (4) bereitstellenden Behandlungsbehälter (3), der der Aufnahme von Behandlungsgut dient, wobei der Behandlungsbehälter (3) zur Beschickung mit Behandlungsgut eine Beschickungsöffnung (5) aufweist, die mittels einer Gerätetür (6) verschließbar ist, und mit einer Türöffnungseinrichtung (7) zur motorischen Überführung der Gerätetür (6) aus einer verriegelten Verschlussstellung in eine verriegelte Offenstellung, wobei die Türöffnungseinrichtung (7) eine Motoreinheit und ein damit zusammenwirkendes Kraftübertragungsmittel (9) aufweist, das gerätetürseitig korrespondierend zu einer von der Gerätetür (6) bereitgestellten Rückhalteeinheit (13) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Türöffnungseinrichtung (7) Mittel zur Entriegelung der Gerätetür (6) in Offenstellung aufweist.[English]
