Abstract[English]
A tufted carpet including a primary backing which includes a spunbond nonwoven which includes polyethylene terephthalate (PET) filaments and a lower melting polymer material which is a filament forming material. The spunbond nonwoven is thermobonded by the lower melting polymer material. The spunbond nonwoven is further consolidated with a binder. The tufted carpet further includes tufts of yarn from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which are sewn through the primary backing such that the piles of yarn are on a first surface and backloops of yarn are on a second surface of the primary backing. The backloops of yarn are thermobonded to the primary backing.[French]
L'invention concerne un tapis touffeté comprenant un support primaire qui comprend un non-tissé filé-lié comportant des filaments de polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET) et un matériau polymère à bas point de fusion qui est un matériau de formation de filament. Le non-tissé filé-lié est thermolié par le matériau polymère à bas point de fusion. Le non-tissé filé-lié est également consolidé avec un liant. Le tapis touffeté comprend en outre des touffes de fil en polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET) qui sont cousues à travers le support primaire de telle sorte que les poils de fil se trouvent sur une première surface et des boucles envers de fil se trouvent sur une seconde surface du support primaire.
