Die Erfindung betrifft einen MEMS-Sensor zur Messung einer Umgebungsgröße einer Sensorumgebung. Es ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest bereichsweise/gebietsweise Elektrodenstrukturen zwischen deformierbaren Membranbereichen von Membranstrukturen und einer Mittenelektrodenstruktur beziehungsweise einer Gegenelektrodenstruktur, welche sich zwischen zwei Membranstrukturen befindet, eingefügt werden. Diese zusätzlichen Elektrodenstrukturen, also die erste und die zweite Elektrodenstruktur, werden dabei insbesondere beabstandet von den deformierbaren Membranbereichen der Membranstrukturen, also der ersten und der zweiten Membran, und beabstandet von der Mittenelektrodenstruktur an den die Membranstruktur mechanisch verbindenden und die Mittenelektrodenstruktur frei beweglich durchdringenden Stützstrukturen befestigt.[English]
The invention relates to a MEMS sensor for measuring a surroundings variable of the sensor surroundings. According to the invention, electrode structures are inserted, at least in some regions or areas, between deformable membrane regions of membrane structures and a central electrode structure or a counter electrode structure located between two membrane structures.
