Bei einem Verfahren zur Trennung einer Aktivmaterialschicht von einer Kathodenelektrodenfolie wird eine zerkleinerte Kathodenelektrodenfolie bereitgestellt, wobei die zerkleinerte Kathodenelektrodenfolie einen Binder und eine Aktivmaterialschicht aufweist. Die zerkleinerte Kathodenelektrodenfolie wird in einem Plasmaofen mittels eines Plasmagases behandelt zum Zersetzen des Binders der zerkleinerten Kathodenelektrodenfolie. Die zerkleinerte Kathodenelektrodenfolie wird während der Behandlung mittels des Plasmagases zusätzlich mechanisch bearbeitet zur Abtrennung der Aktivmaterialschicht von der zerkleinerten Kathodenelektrodenfolie.[English]
In a method for separating an active material layer from a cathode electrode foil, a comminuted cathode electrode foil is provided, wherein the comminuted cathode electrode foil has a binder and an active material layer. The comminuted cathode electrode foil is treated in a plasma furnace by means of a plasma gas in order to decompose the binder of the comminuted cathode electrode foil. During the treatment by means of the plasma gas the comminuted cathode electrode foil is additionally mechanically processed in order to separate the active material layer from the comminuted cathode electrode foil.[French]
Dans un procédé pour séparer une couche de matériau actif d'une feuille d'électrode de cathode, une feuille d'électrode de cathode broyée est fournie, la feuille d'électrode de cathode broyée comprenant un liant et une couche de matériau actif. La feuille d'électrode de cathode broyée est traitée dans un four à plasma au moyen d'un gaz plasma afin de décomposer le liant de la feuille d'électrode de cathode broyée.
