Abstract[English]
A cell suspension transfer device is provided comprising a proximal main portion with a cylin- drical inner surface, a piston arranged in sliding and sealing engagement with the inner surface to define a variable volume main chamber, a distal transfer opening, and a distal transfer por- tion with an inner surface which smoothly and positively tapers towards the distal transfer 5 opening, wherein the reduced cross-sectional area in the direction from the cylindrical portion towards the transfer opening defines a positive taper, no taper being 0 degrees.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de transfert de suspension cellulaire comprenant une partie principale proximale ayant une surface interne cylindrique, un piston disposé en prise coulissante et étanche avec la surface interne pour définir une chambre principale à volume variable, une ouverture de transfert distale et une partie de transfert distale avec une surface interne qui s'effile de manière douce et positive vers l'ouverture de transfert distale, la surface de section transversale réduite dans la direction allant de la partie cylindrique vers l'ouverture de transfert définissant une conicité positive, aucune conicité n'étant de 0 degré.
