Die Erfindung betrifft einen Absperrschieber für eine Hochdruckwalzenpresse, der zur Steuerung des Durchflusses von Mahlgut über einen geradlinigen Schlitz verschiebbar ist, wobei der Absperrschieber eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Ausnehmung aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass sich der Schlitz bei einer Verschiebung des Absperrschiebers von einer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position allmählich von der Mitte des Schlitzes zu den beiden Enden des Schlitzes hin öffnet um den Walzenspalt kontrolliert mit Material zu beaufschlagen.[English]

L'invention concerne une vanne à tiroir pour une presse à rouleaux haute pression, ladite vanne à tiroir pouvant coulisser au-dessus d'une fente rectiligne afin de réguler l'écoulement du matériau à broyer, la vanne à tiroir présentant une découpe en queue d'aronde. Selon l'invention, lorsque la vanne à tiroir coulisse d'une position fermée à une position ouverte, la fente s'ouvre progressivement en partant du centre de la fente jusqu'au deux extrémités de la fente afin d'alimenter de manière contrôlée le matériau dans la ligne de contact.
