Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to OLED display comprising a plurality of OLED pixels. Further, the present invention relates to a doped semiconductor matrix material, a method to produce such an OLED display, and a compound of the formula (I). Due to the application of new cerium (IV) complexes as dopants advantageous properties of the doped semiconductor matrix material as well as of the OLED display can be achieved. As an advantage, high evaporation temperatures of the dopants are achieved allowing for mass production and lower lateral conductivity of the doped semiconductor matrix material leads to improved properties of the devices.[French]
La présente invention concerne un écran OLED comprenant une pluralité de pixels OLED. La présente invention concerne également un matériau de matrice semi-conductrice dopée, un procédé de production d'un tel écran OLED et un composé de formule (I). En raison de l'application de nouveaux complexes de cérium (IV) en tant que dopants, des propriétés avantageuses du matériau de matrice semi-conductrice dopée ainsi que de l'écran OLED peuvent être obtenues.
