Abstract[English] A connector assembly (100) for connecting external power sources to an implanted medical device has a distal driveline portion (102) and a proximal driveline portion (101), each comprising a plurality of isolated electricity wires (103) and at least one load carrying wire (104). An intermediate driveline assembly (300) is provided and adapted to arrange the electricity wires (103) and the load carrying wire(s) (104) in a flat plane (13) for a predetermined distance (11) in the longitudinal direction (10) of these wires (103, 104), wherein the electricity wires (103) and the load carrying wire(s) (104) are positioned in a spacing from each other over at least a part of this predetermined distance (11') in that plane (13).[French] Selon l'invention, un ensemble connecteur (100) permettant de connecter des sources d'alimentation externes à un dispositif médical implanté a une partie transmission distale (102) et une partie transmission proximale (101), comprenant chacune une pluralité de fils électriques isolés (103) et au moins un fil porteur de charge (104).
