Abstract[English] The invention relates to an oligonucleotide comprising a gapmer of formula 5'-F-G-F'-3', where each one of F and F' is a region which independently comprises between 3 and 4 nucleosides, and wherein each one of said F and F' region independently comprises at least one chemically modified nucleoside defining the 5' and 3' end of the F and F' region, and wherein G is a region between 9 and 11 nucleosides for recruiting RNaseH, which oligonucleotide can target regions within the synaptogyrin-3 RNA sequence. In particular, these oligonucleotides are provided for use as a medicament in general, and for treating or inhibiting progression of tauopathies or symptoms of tauopathies.[French] L'invention concerne un oligonucléotide comprenant un gapmer de formule 5'-F-G-F'-3', chacun de F et de F' étant une région qui comprend indépendamment entre 3 et 4 nucléosides, et chacune desdites régions F et F' comprenant indépendamment au moins un nucléoside chimiquement modifié définissant l'extrémité 5' et 3' de la région F et F', et G étant une région comprenant entre 9 et 11 nucléosides pour recruter la RNaseH, ledit oligonucléotide pouvant cibler des régions à l'intérieur de la séquence d'ARN de la synaptogyrine-3. En particulier, ces oligonucléotides sont destinés à être utilisés en tant que médicament en général, et pour traiter ou inhiber la progression de tauopathies ou de symptômes de tauopathies.
