Die Erfindung betrifft eine isolierte Kontaktier-Verbindungsschraube zur Herstellung einer mechanischen und elektrischen Verbindung, mit einem Schraubenrohling (10), der wenigstens bereichsweise aus einem elektrisch leitenden, metallischen Werkstoff gebildet ist und der einen metallischen Schraubenkopf (4) mit einer Auflagefläche (12) und einem von der Auflagefläche (12) abragenden Schraubenschaft (2) aufweist, wobei der metallische Schraubenkopf (4) eine Innenaufnahme (8) mit einem Innenabstützprofil (4a) aufweist. Zudem weist der metallische Schraubenkopf (4) eine Ummantelung aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Isoliermaterial auf, die eine Berührschutzkappe (3) ausbildet und die Innenaufnahme (8) mit einer inneren Isoliermaterialschicht (7) auskleidet. Die innere Isoliermaterialschicht (7) bildet einen Innenantrieb (9) mit einem Innenantriebsprofil (5) für ein Werkzeug aus. Dadurch kann sich das Innenantriebsprofil (5) bei einer Drehmomentaufbringung mittels eines am Innenantrieb (9) angreifenden Werkzeuges an dem Innenabstützprofil (4a) abzustützen.[English]
