Es wird ein Verfahren zur Behandlung der Oberfläche für im Wege des 3D-Drucks hergestellte Komponenten angegeben. Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte, (i), Bereitstellen einer, insbesondere durch den 3D-Druck hergestellten, Komponente aus einem Grundmaterial mit einer unbehandelten Oberfläche, (ii), Eintauchen der Komponente in eine Suspension wobei die Suspension mehr als 40 % Massenanteile eines zu einem Grundmaterial der Komponente artähnlichen Feststoffs enthält, und, (iii), Herausziehen der Komponente aus der Suspension, wobei eine Komponentenoberfläche mit einer im Vergleich zu der unbehandelten Oberfläche reduzierten Rauheit entsteht. Weiterhin wird eine entsprechend hergestellte oder behandelte Komponente angegeben.[English]
The invention relates to a method for treating the surface of components produced by means of 3D printing. The method comprises the steps of (i) providing a component, in particular produced by 3D printing, made of a base material having an untreated surface, (ii) immersing the component in a suspension, wherein the suspension contains more than 40% by mass of a solid similar in type to a base material of the component, and (iii) pulling the component out of the suspension, wherein a component surface having a roughness lower than that of the untreated surface is produced. The invention also relates to a correspondingly produced or treated component.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de la surface de composants produits au moyen d'une impression 3D. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à (i) fournir un composant, en particulier produit par impression 3D, constitué d'un matériau de base ayant une surface non traitée, (ii) immerger le composant dans une suspension, la suspension contenant plus de 40 % en masse d'un solide similaire en type à un matériau de base du composant, et (iii) tirer le composant hors de la suspension, une surface de composant ayant une rugosité inférieure à celle de la surface non traitée étant produite.
