Abstract[English]
Process for producing lightweight concrete such as cellular lightweight concrete (also known as foamed concrete) or autoclaved aerated concrete (also known as aircrete), and concrete prepared by the process. The process relates to an accelerated curing process and involves a pre-conditioning step. The combination of the accelerated curing step and the pre-conditioning step leads to lightweight concrete which has, e.g., enhanced compressive strength.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un béton léger tel que du béton léger cellulaire (également appelé béton de mousse) ou du béton cellulaire autoclavé (également connu sous l'appellation "aérocrète"), ainsi qu'un béton préparé par le procédé. Le procédé concerne un procédé de durcissement accéléré et fait intervenir une étape de pré-conditionnement. La combinaison de l'étape de durcissement accéléré et de l'étape de pré-conditionnement permet d'obtenir à un béton léger qui présente, par exemple, une résistance à la compression améliorée.
