Ein Verfahren zur Abfahrtskontrolle eines Fahrzeugs (4), insbesondere eines Nutzfahrzeugs und/oder eines selbständig fahrenden autonomen Fahrzeugs (4), umfasst: wenigstens einen Inspektionsschritt (S1-S8) an dem Fahrzeug (4) durchzuführen; dem Ergebnis jedes Inspektionsschrittes (S1-S8) eine Gültigkeitsdauer (T1-T8) zuzuweisen; und auf Grundlage der den einzelnen Inspektionsschritten (S1-S8) zugewiesenen Gültigkeitsdauern (T1-T8) eine Inspektionsgültigkeitsdauer (T0) des Fahrzeugs (4) so zu bestimmen, dass die Inspektionsgültigkeitsdauer (T0) nicht länger als die kürzeste der zuvor bestimmten Gültigkeitsdauern (T1-T8) ist.[English]
